Bill Myers – Executive Producer
Bill Myers is an expert on the supernatural and has appeared on ABC Nightly News, 700 Club, TBN, and Good Morning America. As an author/director/producer Bill’s work has won over 70 sales and creative awards including two New York Film Festivals. His books and videos have sold over 8 million copies. His “McGee and Me” book and video series which he co-created/co-wrote/co-produced has aired on 80 national and international networks including the BBC and ABC. He has authored over 100 books for adults and children. His 12 part Forbidden Doors book series for teens won the C.S. Lewis Honor Award and his children’s book series, “My Life as . . .” has sold 2.1 million copies. Nearly all of his adult novels have made CBA’s best selling list with reviews from critics and best selling peers that include such accolades as “an original masterpiece,” “the depth of CS Lewis,” “genius,” and Bill’s favorite by Frank Peretti, “I wish I’d thought of it.”
He has a degree in stage directing from the University of Washington, was trained as a film director at the Italian State Institute of Cinema and Television, and has an honorary doctorate from Nimes Theological Institute in France where he taught. Peggy Patrick Medberry – Executive Producer
Peggy was a literary agent and manager for 20 years and worked as the Vice President of one of Hollywood’s premiere agencies, Shapiro-Lichtman. Her work involved guiding a six-member department and overseeing the careers of more than 200 writers, directors and producers. She has been a featured speaker at many forums including the WGA, DGA, Flash Forward, the Hollywood Screenwriting Conference and the Biola Media conference. She has also served as a judge for the ACE Awards, Humanitas Awards, The Monterey Screenwiritng Competition, the 168 Film Festival and the Biola Film Festival.
Peggy is also an Associate Professor in the Biola University Cinema and Media Arts Department where she instructs young filmmakers in the art of storytelling and screenwriting in addition to teaching classes about the entertainment business.
Prior to coming to Los Angeles, Peggy spent years as a professional actress and director in the theater. She was the drama director for St. Petersburg High school where her students won hundreds of state and national awards including Pinellas County Teacher of the Year. Peggy and her husband Chauncey Medberry have a management company PATRICK MEDBERRY ASSOCIATES that works with a variety of novelists, screenwriters, directors and producers.
